Refund Policy
We want you to be confident in ASoc. Here is how refunds work.
Eligibility
Paid subscription plans are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the plan has not been substantially used for prohibited activity.
How to request
Email billing@asoc.finance with your account email and order reference. Most requests are processed within five business days.
On-chain transactions
Because blockchain transactions are irreversible, on-chain fees and asset movements you authorize are not refundable.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of abuse. We'll always explain our reasoning if we do.
